CAST PHOTOS ON FRIDAY!

Dear Parents-
 
We will be having Cast Photos taken at our Rehearsal on Friday, March 15th. So, it will be a FULL DRESS REHEARSAL from 1:30-3:30pm! Please send your child to school with their full costume in their back pack. We will give them time to change after school. If your child does not have their costume by Friday, they cannot be in the cast picture.
  
REMINDERS about PERFORMANCE WEEK
Monday, March 18th 3:30-5:30pm Tech Rehearsal/ALL CAST/NO COSTUMES

 
Tuesday, March 19th 3:30-5:30pm Dress Rehearsal- FULL COSTUME-send them to school with costume in bag.
 
Wednesday, March 20th 3:30-5:30pm Dress Rehearsal- FULL COSTUME- send them to school with costume in bag.
 
Thursday, March 21st Assembly Performance at 2:00pmFULL COSTUME- Please send your child's costume to school in their backpack or separate bag..we will excuse them from their classes early enough to change.
 
Thursday, March 21st Parent Performance at 7:00pm (Roll Call for Lead/Speaking Parts will be 6:00pm, Roll Call for Ensemble Groups will be at 6:30pm. COME IN COSTUME, if not rented)
 
Friday, March 22nd Assembly Performance at 9:00amFULL COSTUME-please send your child to school IN THEIR COSTUME. Have them be there by 8:30am. 
 
Friday, March 22nd Parent Performance at 7:00pm (Roll Call for Lead/Speaking Parts will be 6:00pm, Roll Call for Ensemble Groups will be at 6:30pm. COME IN COSTUME if not rented)
 
 
PERFORMANCE NIGHTS:
1. Cast members will need to enter through the NW doors by the buses (6:00pm for Leads, 6:30pm for Ensembles)
Please come dressed in full costume (if not rented). We will meet as a cast in the gold neighborhood. Parents will NOT be permitted to come in with their child unless they are on the volunteer list for that night.
2. Audience members will be allowed to enter through the South Side Gym Doors in front of the school (Weather permitting). ALL other doors will be locked. We will have 2 separate lines, one for priority ticket holders and one for general admission. The doors will oepn at 6:45pm. NO SEAT SAVING ALLOWED!
3. Concessions will be available before and after the show. There is no intermission. Proceeds go to school play budget for next year. Come Hungry :)
4. DVDS- Mr Vic's Digital Pics will be taking orders next to the concession stand for DVD's of the school play. They are $10 each. The School play leaders and PTA are not in charge of DVD orders.
